FBME soon to launch new account documentation

FBME announces the first stage of an upgrade to its new account documentation. The changes will commence for Cyprus domiciled accounts with Tanzania to follow in 2009 and will enhance customer experience by simplifying and streamlining the account opening process.

Customer feedback has been one of the key drivers of change to the account documentation, and the new forms have been designed to emphasise simplicity and deliver a positive experience for customers applying for new accounts.

For corporate and personal accounts the Bank has considerably reduced the number of pages to open an account.

FBME is committed to being innovative in its products and services and is soon to launch its new account documentation which will continue to focus on further improving and simplifying the new account process.

Customers will have access to a dedicated team established to support them with the new account opening process.
