Step 1: Ensure you are an FBME account holder.

Step 2: Complete the e-Banking application form.

Step 3: Fax a signed and completed e-Banking application form and post the original to the branch
              where your account is held. Click here for address details.

NOTE: Access will not be approved prior to receiving the original signed copy of the Application
            form.

Step 4: Your Username and Password will be mailed to you with an Acknowledgement letter.

Step 5: Your access to FBME DiRECT will be activated upon receiving your signed Acknowledgment
               letter by fax.
